Budaya politik Negara Berkembang

Budaya polik Di Negara berkembang menggunakan budaya politik parochial Partisipan karena pada tatanan ini terlihat Negara – negara tersebut sedang giat Melakukan pembangunan kebudayaan. Norma – norma yang biasa nya di perkenalkan bersifat partisipatif ,yang berusaha meraih keselarasa dan keseimbangan sehingga teentu mereka lebih banyak menuntut kultur partisipan

Persoalan nya ialah bagaimana dalam kondisi ,masyarakat yang sedang berkembang orientasi terhadap masukan dan keluaran secara simultan pada kondisi ini system politik biasa nya diliputi oeh transformasi Parokial , satu pihak cendrung kearah otoritarianisme,sedangkan pihak lain kearah demokrasi struktur untukk bersandar tidak dapat terdiri atas kepentingan masyarakat , bahkan infrastrukturnya tidak berqakar pada warga Negara yang kompeten dan bertanggung jawab.

Budaya Politik di Negara maju dapat kita lihat di Negara jepang Dimana Jepang adalah salah satu dari sedikit negara-negara non-Eropa untuk memodernisasi sementara tetap mempertahankan budaya sendiri.. Budaya ini tetap terwujud dalam politik dan ekonomi Jepang. Salah satu aspek dari Jepang pasca-perang budaya politik adalah bahwa Jepang enggan untuk menerima rasa bersalah perang. dengan banyak fitur lain dari kehidupan politik Jepang mencerminkan norma yang kuat dari kelompok menjaga harmoni.. Individu diajarkan bahwa kelompok pertama datang, dan mereka bersedia menerima kerja keras, kondisi hidup miskin, dan terbatas kebebasan pribadi untuk mendukung kelompok. Mempekerjakan ujian sulit untuk menentukan kemajuan. Para mahasiswa masuk universitas dapat menentukan jenis pekerjaan apa yang ia akan memperoleh setelah lulus. Perusahaan kesetiaan dan rasa hormat yang kuat.. Beberapa pekerja Jepang menderita karoshi, sebuah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh terlalu banyak bekerja.. Namun, sikap ini berubah dengan generasi muda, yang lebih mirip dengan rekan Amerika dan Eropa. Meskipun budaya Jepang tidak berubah, ia melakukannya perlahan-lahan dan pada istilah Jepang.

A New Trailer Was Shown at Showest And A New Trailer Is Listed

Alan Horn spoke at a seminar during ShoWest, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where an extended trailer for the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie was shown with some new footage.

A brief description of the trailer has appeared online:

Though none of the cast or crew for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince could be on hand to introduce the trailer, given that they’re all in London filming the next one, the new footage in the trailer was spectacle enough. The movie seems to be diverging from the book a whole lot, plot-wise. We already knew that there was an added scene featuring an attack on the Weasley’s home, the Burrow, but the new trailer showed us the first footage. It looks like there are some kind of fireballs, or fiery versions of Dementors flying through the house– it doesn’t really resemble any kind of attack we’ve heard of before in the books. It’s also totally unclear at what point in the movie this will happen. Usually the winter break scenes feature snow on the ground, but this one appears to be taking place during summer or fall.

Speaking of Dementors, we saw more of them wreaking havoc on the real world, and even a shot of Dumbledore standing on a tube platform. Foreshadowing of his encounter with Harry near the end of Deathly Hallows? Or an indication that the book will focus on the real-world impact of the wizarding war? I think we already knew there’d be more than just that interaction between the MInister of Magic and the Prime Minister, but now it looks like we’ll be in for some honest-to-God action scenes on the streets of London.

Dumbledore also has a line of dialogue that definitely isn’t part of the book– “Voldemort has chosen Draco Malfoy for a mission.” Remember that in the book, Harry spends the whole time convinced Draco is up to something, while everyone else thinks Harry is just blaming Malfoy again for something he’s not doing. But if Dumbledore says straight-out that Malfoy is working for Voldemort this time, that could change a lot of the direction of the story. In the book we don’t know for sure that Malfoy is working for Voldemort until he shows up on top of the castle to kill Dumbledore. The mvoie seems to be focusing a lot more on Malfoy, based on shots of him in the trailer, so it might get a lot more interesting to watch him, knowing he’s the bad guy.

And finally, the new trailer had a lot of glimpses of stuff we already knew form the books, but looks amazing onscreen anyway– the Inferi crawling out of the lake to attack Harry (they look a lot like Gollum), Harry shouting “Fight back you coward!” at Snape as he runs away from the castle, and little things, like Katie getting attacked by the cursed necklace or Malfoy’s magical wardrobe that allows the Death Eaters to enter the castle at the end of the story. It all looks pretty excellent, as has everything for the movie that we’ve seen thus far.

Alan Horn asked at the beginning of the presentation if we’d all forgiven him yet for delaying this movie’s release from last fall to this summer. The answer is no, probably, and new footage like this doesn’t make the wait any easier. But at least we know we’ve got something to look forward to.

The Day That Could Of Been The Release Of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Today sadly the movie we were all waiting for three years is not coming out. It’s sad to think that right now we would be watching the best movie in the Harry Potter Franchise and probably the best movie ever. At least there is a trailer with Twilight to help us through this hard time. Thanks everyone for viewing and please come again as Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince draws nearer. David Heyman On The Half-Blood Prince Delay

Producer David Heyman is best known for producing the “Harry Potter” movies, and he doesn’t often talk to the press, but with his Holocaust drama The Boy in the Striped Pajamas opening in select cities on November 7, he was in New York to promote it.

While ComingSoon.net had him, we wanted to get his take on the decision for Warner Bros. to move Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to next summer. Later, we would talk briefly to David Thewlis, who plays Professor Lupin in the series, and we found out some of what to expect for his character in the movie.

“I think that there was some people… kids were definitely upset, and I’m really sympathetic to that,” Heyman told us when asked about the decision to delay the sixth installment. “I would love the film to come out in November; we would have been ready, but the fact is partly because of the writers strike and for whatever reason, Warners didn’t have any movies next summer. They had Batman this year which was bigger than they ever thought it would be, so they came to me, and they said, ‘David, we want to move it.’ Warners has been really good to us. They’ve given us lots of money and lots of independence. It defies belief how much independence we have on these films. They give us the money, they read a draft of the script. I choose the director, we make the film, they come and visit. We show them a cut of the film, they say they like it, they give us some notes, we make the changes that we want to make. We test screen it once and show it to them, and then the movie is released. They’ve been so supportive that one has to support… they needed it. It’s a film business.”

“It’s a shame and it’s frustrating in a sense as any creative person,” he continued. “It’s nice to put what you’ve done behind you before you move onto the next and this is still lingering over us until July next year, but also, we’ll have to take a week off shooting to do publicity, which is a little bit disruptive. It’s not ideal but at the same time, I fully support it, because as I say, they give us the freedom to make these films, and they pay a lot of money.”

“The film’s done,” he confirmed. “We’re just mixing and there’s a slight tweak we’re going to do but actually, if the film was coming out tomorrow, we’d have done it but we have the time. One of the issues that’s come up is security so we are not putting a married print together. We’re keeping all the elements separate until we start to make the prints, which will be six weeks before the movie comes out. Piracy is such a huge issue.”

The move hasn’t affected the shooting of the final two movies that will make up Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which they’ll still start shooting in February. “The way it’s weird to the fans, and this is true, is that there always was going to be a two-year gap somewhere. So there was either going to be a two-year gap between HP6 and HP7 Part 1 but now there’s going to a gap between HP5 and HP6. But the films HP7 Part 1 and 2 are at the moment, we are planning on coming out in November 2010 and Summer 2011.”

A few minutes later, ComingSoon.net spoke to David Thewlis who told us that they’re already starting to set up the romance between his character, Professor Lupin, and the wizard Nymphadora Tonks, in “Half-Blood Prince.” The colorful wizard was introduced in “The Order of the Phoenix,” as played by 24-year-old Natalia Tena, and no one was more surprised than Thewlis when the novel “Deathly Hallows” was released and he realized his character Lupin becomes involved with a character played by a significantly younger actress.

Look for our exclusive interview with Heyman and Mark Herman, the director of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, sometime next week before the movie opens in select city on Friday, November 7.

The trailer, released via Trailer Addict is being called the International Teaser Trailer. It contains scenes with Fenrir Greyback, Voldemort, the Orphanage, Draco, Ron snogging Lavender Brown, Romilda Vane, a scene from the cave, and much more! This Trailer was released this morning. It was a major shock to wake up to this. I love this trailer. Remember Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince comes out July 17th, 2009.

ABC Family Buys Cable Rights To Order Of The Phoenix And Half-Blood Prince

ABC Family continues to secure a basic-cable lock on the Harry Potter franchise by prebuying cable rights to “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” 10 months in advance of its theatrical debut, and making a belated pickup of the 2007 “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”

The first four Potter movies — “Sorcerer’s Stone” (2001), “Chamber of Secrets” (2002), “Prisoner of Azkaban” (2004) and “Goblet of Fire” (2005) — are already under contract to ABC Family. Tom Zappala, senior VP of program acquisitions and scheduling for ABC Family, said the movies have become one of the bellwethers of the network’s annual “25 Days of Christmas” programming initiative, often getting key primetime slots.

The channel often broadcasts marathons of the films right before a new installment in the series is to be launched, and confirmed plans are the same for the release of “Half-Blood Prince” next summer. “Zappala said he’ll work with Ken Werner, president of Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution, to help launch the theatrical release of “Half Blood Prince” in July by running a marathon of the first four “Harry Potter” films. These cross-promotion strategies often draw more people into the multiplexes at the same time as they’re adding to the Nielsen ratings of the older titles on the network.”

Pembotolan ialah pengawetan dalam botol caranya sama saja dengan pengawetan dalam Kaleng (can), cara ini terkenal pula sebagai canning (pengalelangan ) juga, meskipun yang dipakai sebagai wadah bukang kaleng lagi , melainkan botol gelas , karena dilakukan sebagai industri rumah , ia pun terkenal sebagai home canning. Disamping itu diperlukan juga Autoclaap atau Pressure cooker yang bisa digunakan untuk mensterilkan susu atau mikrobiologi . Karena itu , proses pembotolan atau home Canning ini sering juga dianggap pengawetan dengan sterelisasi.

Pada garis besarnya , pembotolan ikan dilakukan sebagai berikut :

Sebelum mengerjakan ikan, kita harus mensterilkan botol jem berikut tutupnya yang hendak kita pakai itu dengan jalan merendamnya dalam larutan kaporit 1 % selama 24 Jam, supaya bakteri yang ada di dalamnya dapat tertumpas. Sesudah itu , baru dicuci dengan air mendidih dan dikeringkan agar bebas dari kaporit yang telah digunakan .

Supaya ikan yang dibotolkan itu tidak berbau Lumpur, pilihlah ikan yang segar benar dan dicuci kereneng . Kemudian dicuci sekali lagi dengan air bersih , sebersih – bersihnya. Dalam hal ini isi perut ikan dibuang , dengan memotong nya dengan ibu jari dan telunjuk , sambil menarik isi perut itu kepala harus dibuang , karena rongga insang dan celah matanya merupakan sumber kotoran yang menimbulkan bau lumpur .

Ikan Sudah yang disiangi ini , dibasuh lagi sebersih bersih , kemudian direndam dalam larutan garam 25 % selama 10 Menit . Sesudah itu ikan dicuci selama 10 Menit . Sesudah itu ikan dicuci lagi dengan air bersih , Kemudian ditiriskan .

Setelah kering airnya, ikan dijemur selama 2 Jam untuk memperkuat Kulitnya.

Ikan yang sudah kuat ini kemudian dikukus selama 15 menit , untuk mengurangi kadar air yang ada dagingnya . Sesudah itu masih harus dikeringkan kembali di atas tampah yang bersih , sampai dagingnya menjadi agak keras.

Sementara itu, botol jem yang sudah disterilkan dan dicuci telah tersedia . Bagi tiap 250 Gram ikan ( yang dapat masuk ke dalam satu botol jem ), harus disediakan garam 3/4 sendok makan, minyak goreng 3 sendok makan , dan saus tomat 3 sendok makan . Setelah semuanya dimasukkan kedalam botol, botol ditutup serapat rapatnya, kemudian dimasak dalam autoclaaf yang dilengkapi dengan manometer dan thermometer.

Sebuah autoclaaf bergaris tengah 30 cm biasanya memuat 10 botol sekaligus

Setelah tutup autoclaaf dipasang dan disekerup rapat , autoclaaf dipasang dan disekerup rapat autoclaaf kemudian ditaruh diatas kompor yang nyalanya cukup besar . supaya proses pemanasan dapat berjalan cepat Katup udara harus dibiarkan terbuka dulu, sementara pemanasan dimulai . Maksudnya supaya udara yang ada dalam autoclaaf itu dapat keluar . Sementara itu semua udara pasti keluar disusul oleh uap air . Barulah katup udara ditutup rapat . Kalau katup ini kita tutup tergesa gesa sehingga masih ada udara yang tersekap dalam autoclaaf , maka udara ini akan merupakan dinding penghalang yang menghambat rambatan panas. Tidaklah demikian halnya , apabila yang meliputi botol jem itu air semuanya. kalau suhu sudah mencapai 115 Celcius , maka mulai saat itulah dihitung lamanya waktu pemanasan autoclaaf .

Supaya suhu dan tekanan tidak semakin naik terus autoclaaf itu dilengkapi dengan sebuah pentil udara yang dapat membuka sendiri , bila tekanannya melebihi batas.

Setelah dimasak selama 1 jam terhitung mulai saat tercapainya suhu 115 C tadi , api dipadamkan , kemudian suhu diturunkan pelan pelan , dengan jalan membiarkan autoclaaf itu sendiri.Pendinginan tidak boleh dipercepat dengan membuka katup udara .Sebab , kalau terlalu cepat ,cairan dalam botol jem itu akan meluap keluar ( karena penurunan tekanan yang sekonyong – konyong ), dan tutup botol dapat terbuka .

Sekarang menggunakan autoclaaf makin lama makin ditinggalkan , diganti dengan penggunaan panci pressure cooker yang lebih ringan dan lebih ringan dan lebih kecil , serta lebih praktis penggunaannya.

Pressure cooker juga mempunyai katup udara udara yang sekaligus bertugas sebagi pentil pengaman, yang dapat membuka sendiri, apabila tekanan udara dalam pressure cooker mulai melebihi batas .Ia tidak dilengkapi dengan thermometer atau manometer, karena , karena memang tidak diperlukan .

Pada pengunaan pressure cooker ini , mula mula pentil pengaman itu harus bebas mengeluarkan semua udara yang tersekap di dalamnya, berikut uap air permulaan yang terbentuk oleh pemanasan.Kemudian , setelah beberapa menit dibiarkan mengeluarkan uap air , pentil itu ditekan beberapa kali, sampai letaknya tepatnya tepat menutup lubang , hingga panci pressure cooker itu tertutup rapat dan memperoleh tekanan yang diperlukan untuk mempercepat pemasakan.

Pengalengan.

Pengalengan Ikan adalah Pengawetan ikan dalam kaleng. Yang prinsipnya sama dengan strerilisasi pada pembotolan ikan. Hanya wadahnya saja yang berbeda, sehingga pengerjaannya pun berbeda, sehingga pengerjaannya pun berbeda .

Jenis Ikan yang banyak sekali diawet dalam kaleng pada saat ini adalah ikan tongkol, lemuru , sardin , dan ikan kembung.Meskipun juga ikan bandeng.

Langkah pengalelangan ikan ialah sebagai berikut.

1. Ikan dibersihkan .Sisik dan isi perutnya dibuang .Sambil membersihkan ikan ini, Perlu diadakan pemilihan yang ketat. Hanya ikan yang baik saja yang diterima.

2. Sesudah dibersihkan ikan dipotong – dipotong sesuai dengan, ikan dipotong – potong sesuai dengan ukuran Kaleng yang dipakai. Kemudian dimasukkan kedalam kaleng yang sudah bersih . Agar tiap kaleng dapat isi yang sama. sehingga perlu dilakukan penimbangan sesuai dengan isi kaleng.

3. Kaleng yang sudah terisi dengan ikan , di isi dengan bambu , yang sesuai dengan selera atau permintaan para konsumen. Bumbu atau saus yang paling sederhana hanya berupa air dan garam saja . Umumnya bumbu itu dimasukkan dalam keadaan panas . Sesudah bumbu dimasukkan kedalam kaleng , tutup kaleng ditumpangkan diatas masing masing kaleng.

4. Kemudian Kaleng ditutup rapat.Penutupan bisa langsung dan dapat juga dengan pemanasan kaleng lebih dulu.Jika alat penutup itu mesin penutup kaleng Vakum, maka hawa yang ada dalam kaleng itu dapat dihisap keluar secara mekanis , kemudian segera tutup rapat rapat . Bila mesin penutup kaleng tidak mampu mengisap hawa supaya timbul vakum , maka kaleng yang berisi ikan dan bumbu itu harus kita lewatkan melalui terowongan panas , yang dapat memanaskan kaleng itu dengan cepat , dengan suhu 80 C – 95 C .

5. Selesai pemanasan untuk mencapai waktu vakum itu , kaleng ditutup Rapat rapat dengan mesin .Dan selesai Penutupan , kaleng harus dicuci dengan air Sabun , untuk menghilangkan bekas minyak yang mungkin ada pada bagian luar kaleng.

6. Kaleng yang sudah bersih , dimasak dalam tempat pemasakan ( umumnya berupa retort atau autoclaaf ) dengan uap air . Penentuan pemanasan berdasarkan eksperimen dalam laboratorium penelitian teknologi makanan yang sudah tentu menyiarkan hasil laporan hasil eksperimen kepada kita.

7. Segera sesudah pemanasan selesai , kaleng harus segera di dinginkan dengan cepat , dengan air dingin atau udara sejuk .

8. Kaleng yang sudah dingin kemudian dicuci lagi ( kalau perlu ) untuk menghilangkan lemak mungkin datang dari kaleng yang bocor, waktu dimasak bersama sama dalam retort, kemudian kaleng yang sudah bersih diberi etiket.

FASILITAS CETAK GABUNG (MAIL MERGE)

Dalam hal pengiriman surat dengan isi yang sama seperti surat undangan, surat penawaran, dan lain-lain kepada beberapa orang, diperlukan cara cepat untuk mengerjakannya.Jika surat dibuat satu per satu, tentu ini akan merepotkan.Dalam Word terdapat fasilitas cetak gabung (mail merge) untuk membuat beberapa surat dengan cepat.

langkah-langkah untuk menggunakan fasilitas mail merge adalah sebagai berikut.

untuk menggunakan fasilitas cetak gabung, terlebih dahulu harus dibuat dua file, yaitu dokumen utama (main document) dan sumber data (data source).Dokumen utama berisi teks surat dan field-field, sedangkan sumber data berisi data-data yang akan digabungkan ke surat (misalnya nama dan alamat yang dituju).

JAKARTA – Belakangan ini, Tyas Mirasih digosipkan dekat dengan mantan pacar Rianti Cartwright, Banyu Biru. Rianti yang tahu gosip itu, santai saja.

“Gue nggak enak juga sama Rianti. Gue minta maaf sama Rianti karena jadi kebawa-bawa begini. Rianti bilang nggak apa-apa, santai saja,” tutur Tyas di Gedung Cipta Niaga, Jalan Kali Besar, Kota, Jakarta Barat, Jumat (31/10/2008).

Mantan pacar Bams ‘Samsons’ ini mengaku, dikenalkan kepada Banyu oleh Rianti sendiri. Lantaran beredar gosip itu, Tyas sungguh tak enak hati kepada Rianti.

Awal gosip itu karena beredar foto Tyas berdua Banyu, tampak sangat akrab. Tyas menegaskan bahwa hubungannya dengan Banyu biasa saja. Tidak ada yang spesial.

“Orang bilang gue ada apa-apa dengan Banyu karena ada foto itu. Padahal, gue di sana nggak berdua saja. Ada teman-teman gue juga. Kita cuma ngobrol-ngobrol,” jelasnya.(ang)
